All suppliers have been excellent with their tech help & Thomann have been superb with their service a well - I made the mistake of ordering SD3 Metal Foundry on DVD instead of download & Thomann have arranged for the return with no hassle & a superb approach (REALLY impressed as it was MY fault for clicking the wrong box - perils of late night ordering).
I was concerned this would take days for a reply BUT they came straight back, were superb with their approach to the problem & I cannot recommend their attitude to customer service enough!!! I am running SD3 wit ha UA Apollo Twin on an iMac 2017 model. Point of mentioning this is that the Toontrack help line is email only from what I can gather. Not messed with the mixer much yet so will be interested to see how it compares against the Waves SSL 4000 plugins etc that I currently use but high hopes!!! - Additional note, had a slight issue with running this with Logic (which I think was probably user error.). Easy to use, brilliant sounds & pre-sets. This product is bang on!!! Wish it had been around 20 years ago.
